Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that he is not a fan of international breaks due to the disruption it places on training.

This week as seen Keiren Westwood, Leon Best (Repubic Of Ireland), Sammy Clingan (Northern Ireland), Aron Gunnarsson (Iceland), Jack Cork (England U21) and Jordan Clarke (England U19)'s all who were in the eighteen that lost 3-0 at Blackpool on international duty.

Speaking to the CT, Chris Coleman said: "I am not a fan of international breaks because they are very disruptive.

"It is stop-start with your planning and we don't get the lads back until Thursday and then they can't train because most of them played on Wednesday night so you have to wait until Friday to really cram in your work.

"I think it is a double edged sword because you have got lots of international players then you are going in the right direction but then come the international break and you lose them all and it is hard to plan your next game, so I don't like them but we have to work round them."
