Coventry City manager Chris Coleman is gutted for Danny Fox who has to miss the FA Cup Sixth Round tie against Chelsea tomorrow.

Fox injured his knee in the 23rd minute of Coventry's 2-1 defeat to Sheffield United on Wednesday night but played on until the break when he was replaced by Isaac Osbourne.

Fox will now miss the game and is expected to be out for three to four weeks.

"It is unbelievable for him because he has had a good season and now he has got an injury ahead of a big game," said Chris Coleman to the CT. "He tweaked a ligament in his knee against Sheffield United.

"I think he tackled with his right foot and it got caught and hurt his knee, so I feel sorry for Danny because he has done as much as anyone, is such a consistent performer and never misses training and never misses games.

"And a massive game like this comes along and he is out, so he is devastated and I feel really sorry for him because he deserves to play."

Marcus Hall will deputise at left back.
