Former Coventry City manager Chris Coleman and former striker John Hartson could both not get the vacant Wales manager's job if the FAW go for Ian Rush, who according to sections of the media is being touted as the new favourite.

Rush has only managed Chester City but is seen as being able to bring in a new generation of Welsh talent.

Brian Flynn was in charge for the last two Wales internationals and has also said that he would like the job on a full time basis.
