Coventry City's Cody McDonald has praised on-loan duo Oliver Norwood and Alex Nimely.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, McDonald said: "Olly (Norwood) and Alex (Nimely) have had a massive impact at the club since they joined in January.
"They are fresh faces and buzzing to play first team football which other players in the squad, like myself, love to see and bounce off that optimism.
"I think they have proven they can play at this level, if not maybe higher, and they have really made a big difference in the way we play.
"Olly has put a great ball over the top using that technical ability he has and that is the sort of quality he has provided since joining, a quality which we couldn't be without.
"If we can keep those lads nice and fresh until the end of the season, then we have a great chance of staying up in this league."
