The forum will last for one hour and will be broadcast live on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire from 6.30pm.
The panelists for the Forum in the Legends Lounge at the Ricoh Arena,will be City Chairman Ray Ranson, Manager Chris Coleman and a player.

You cannot book more than four places and those who have not reserved a place will not be allowed in.
