City Three Points Clear

Coventry City are three points clear at the top of the League One table tonight after their 4-1 win against Gillingham.

The Sky Blues have 37 points from eighteen games, three more than Gillingham and four more than Walsall who drew 1-1 with Sheffield United and Wigan who beat Shrewsbury Town 1-0 at home.

Fifth are Burton Albion who lost 1-0 at sixth placed Bury, just ahead of Bradford City who won 2-0 at Scunthorpe and Millwall who beat Colchester United 4-1.

Bottom side Crewe lost 5-1 at home to Peterborough United and they are three points adrift of Blackpool who lost 1-0 at Southend and Swindon who lost 5-1 at Fleetwood Town.

Barnsley are fourth bottom after a 2-1 win at Oldham.

Elsewhere, Rochdale won 2-0 at Doncaster Rovers and Port Vale beat Chesterfield 3-2.
