After a long Christmas break, CCSFC start up the season again with a home game. We host the Walsall Supporters FC in what will, we hope, be the first of many meeting between the sides in the coming years.
Penny has had a few concerns ahead of the game, with ever-present Right Back Jack King may have work commitments, and Dan Walker is a definite addition to the injury list, recovering from an operation on his back. However, despite these concerns Penny still has players available to him to make up a squad of 16!
Having not played since December 3rd. the team will look to carry on their good streak, winning three on the bounce against Port Vale, West Ham and Northampton respectively. Lee Hamilton and Ryan Harkin have both been in convincing form; Lee scoring 5 goals in 3 games, and Ryan scoring 3 in 3, if they keep this form up then they can only emulate this form even more.
