Coventry City are one of forty seven Football League clubs to have won a Football League Family Excellence Award.
The award sees every club visited by a 'mystery shopper' family looking at aspects such as ease of buying a ticket and facilities such as the Family Zone.
Their visit saw the Sky Blues staff and the volunteers who run the Family Zone, pass with flying colours allowing them to join the list of clubs given the award for the first time in a couple of seasons.
