Coventry City Ladies won their first Midland Women's Combination game at the third attempt with a 4-1 victory at TNS. Mel Byrne netted twice with strikes from Yvette Dolphin and Karen Clough against the Shropshire based side.
In their first ever Midland Women's Combination Reserve League fixture, Coventry City Reserves beat Leicester City 4-0. Box,Wade,Campbell and Willis were the Sky Blues scorers.
