Coventry City Football Club were hit on March 22nd with a charge of an outstanding debenture.

The fund is owned by London based NEPSSI Ltd and it's directors are The SISU Capital Fund Limited, The SISU Capital Fund LP, The SISU Capital Fund Limited II LTD, as well as number of other investors including Spartan Partners LP, Newsmith Capital GP Ltd, Carling Investment Holdings Ltd, PSAM Worldarb Master Fund Ltd, Rebound Portfolio Ltd and a Mr Murray Jacobsen.
