Coventry City have drop a place in the Championship table to 21st after Tuesday night's matches

The Sky Blues who play QPR tomorrow night dropped after Preston North End snatched a 1-0 win at Leicester City. Carter scored the only goal of the night in stoppage time at the end of the seond half.

A win for Sheffield Wednesday at home to West Brom would have seen City drop into the bottom three but thankfully, a Kevin Phillips goal in the last minute gave the Baggies a win.

Bottom side Colchester United lost 4-1 at Plymouth Argyle.

Leaders Bristol City came back to draw 1-1 at Charlton and the games at Blackpool, Ipswich and Watford also finished in 1-1 draws. Wolves drew 2-2 with Southampton, Palace drew 0-0 with Cardiff and four players were sent off in Hull's 2-0 win over Burnley.
