The High Court case, which sees Arena Coventry Limited filing for administration for Coventry City FC, has been delayed until 2pm today.
The case was adjourned until 2pm so the lawyers can dicuss costs etc.
Prior to this, The Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid reported that: 'Arena Coventry Limited had told Mrs Justice Proudman that it was now applying to her to dismiss their original administration order against CCFC Ltd, on the basis that CCFC Ltd remains in administration under club's chosen administrator Paul Appleton.'
