As expected, the High Court case brought by Arena Coventry Limited against Coventry City has been adjourned until Tuesday.
Mrs Justice Proudman agreed to ACL lawyer's request for adjournment for more time to consider the statement and actions of Coventry City FC last night.
Arena Coventry Limited are to contest that SISU transferring assets to Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd and placing the CCFC Ltd in administration is unviable.
