Bookies Not Ruling Out The Great Escape

Bookmakers are not ruling out the chances of Coventry City pulling off another great escape.

City's 3-1 win over Middlesbrough on Saturday saw the few bookies offering odds on the Sky Blues to be relegated, cutting those odds to within a few points of second from bottom Doncaster Rovers and third from bottom Nottingham Forest.

Following news of the winding up petition filed against Portsmouth FC and a possible points deduction, odds against Pompey going down have dropped dramatically, whilst the odds for Ipswich Town, who are the next visitors to the Ricoh Arena on Saturday February 4th, are the same as a week ago.
