It is a sunny, but cold day at St Andrews as Birmham City enteratin Coventry City in this under 221's clash.

1 Ruffels cross just misses Jeffers.

4. GOAL: Birmingham take the lead in th efourth minute when Josh Ruffels loses possesion and Akwasi Asante beats dunn from the edge of the area. with a low shot.

6. Birmingham win a corner. Mullins volleys at Dunn.

10. A Jefers diving header is saved by Doyle. Jeffers hits the advertising hoarding and is receiving treatment.

12. Bell gets past two Coventry defenders and shoots at Dunn. Jeffers is back on the field after receiving treatment.

13. Henderson blocks a shot on the turn from Hales before Higgins fires at Dunn.

14. Coventry win a corner. which is easily cleared and the ball ends up at the feet of Dunn

15. Good block by Clarke to stop Asante after good work from Hales.

16. A Birmingham corner comes to nothing. A teasing Will Roberts cross from the left misses the far post.

 Jordan Willis, Coventry City's captain, is commanding the defence well.

24. Birmingham win a corner. Mullins head over for Coventry goal kick.

25. Jeffers wins a corner.

27. Jeffers loses the ball and Birmingham go on the counter attack and Darren Ambrose hits Dunn's right hand post with his shot.

32. Asante beats the offside trap but Dunn gets down well to block and concedes a corner.

35. Birmingham win a corner, Mullins heads the ball and Dunn palms the ball away but the ball falls back to Mullins who fires his shot wide.

38. GOAL. It's now 1-1. Philliskirk, on the left, cuts back and Will Roberts scores from 12 yards.

39. Birmingham attack again but Hales's back header goes straight to Dunn.

40. Dunn gets down well to his left to save from Asante.

43. Koby Arthur lets rip with a shot that Dunn has to touch out for a corner. elfouneo gets past Haynes to shoot but Dunn blocks with his legs.

45. Birmingham win a free kick 30 yards out, but the shot goes just over the bar.

45. Good pressure from Ball leads to Coventry winning a corner. Henderson's header is blocked.

Coventry City boss Stephen Pressley and Neil McFarlane have arrived at St Andrews to watch the second half.

50. Ball is in some pain after colliding with a Birmingham defender.

52. Ruffels has his shot blocked. Philliskirk passes to Roberts whose cross then leads to two corners in quick succession.

55. Roberts shot is fumbled by Doyle and the ball falls to Ball whose shot is deflected out for a corner. Daniels header is cleared by Higgins but only as far as Jeffers who fires his shot over the bar.

58. Ball fires a shot wide.

60. Substitution. Asante is replaced by Deaman for Birmingham. 

65. Ball has a shot but it goes straight to Doyle.

66. A Hales header from a Deaman cross is deflected out for a Birmingham corner.

68. A Daniels free kick leads to a corner.

70. GOAL.1-2. Haynes passes to Billy Daniels who takes the ball into a central position and then beats Doyle with a low shot from the edge of the area.

72. Birmingham win a free kick which Dunn does well to get his hand to and Henderson clears the loose ball into the stand.

76. Ambrose, on the  right, crosses the ball across the area and Dunn makes a great save from Koby Arthur.

83. Dunn just manages to grab a low Higgins cross.

85. Deaman fires across the face of the goal which leads to the first of two Birmingham corners.

86. Substitutions. Ben Maund comes on in place of Callum Ball for Coventry, while Birmingham replace James Fry with Eddy Gnahore. 

88. Gomis blasts over for Birmingham.

91. Birmingham win a corner. Dunn punches the ball away. Maund breaks free but is then fouled.
