Graham Barrett made his debut for Scottish Premier Division side Livingston but got off to a losing start against Hearts.

The striker/midfielder who is on loan at the City Stadium until January 15th crashed a 25 yard free kick against the cross bar and hit another long ranger which Hearts keeper Gordon failed to hold and Paul Dalglish was able to stroke the ball into the net.

The goal came on the stroke of half-time but Livi had already conceded three goals with Skacel,Webster and Hartley on the mark for the Edinburgh giants who also fielded former Sky Blue Stephen Pressley in their side.

A 63rd minute penalty from Webster completed a 4-1 win for Hearts.
