The FA have decided that the final won by Arsenal last May will again be staged at Nottingham Forest's City Ground.
Coventry City enter the competition later this month with a home tie against Leicester City Ladies.
The news will come as a blow to Arena Coventry Limited which lost £400,000 last year.
