The 47 year old is Coventry City Council's representative on the ACL Board along John McGuigan and has got a top job with the Scottish Government in Edinburgh.
Manzie was the Coventry City Council's CEO,earning £140K a year and brought in some stormy measures which have seen strikes and 650 equal pay claims being levied against the Council.
In her role with ACL, Manzie kept herself away from supporters but was on the board which hindered the Sky Blues ability to trade since August 2005.
