Anywhere For You - Eastwood

Freddie Eastwood has said that he will play anywhere for the Sky Blues in order to get a game and get some goals.

Many City supporters thought Eastwood was the answer to City's goal dearth but the former Wolves man who has been linked with a loan back to Southend United has only scored three times this season.

"I said to the manager I will play anywhere as long as I am in the team," said Eastwood to the CT.

"Obviously, if I am not doing my job right then I will be on the bench but until I start scoring I am happy to play anywhere.

"I think you get a little more time on the ball out wide. You have to track back a bit but as long as you do that part of the game, going forward you get a lot more time and a bit of space to pull inside and get shots off

"I am disappointed not to have scored more and it is in the back of my mind all the time. But it takes a bit of pressure off when I am playing wide because I don't go into the game thinking I have to score, but hopefully I still have a good game and the lads get the right result.

"And if I can get in better positions and get more shots off and get into the box at the far post then hopefully a few goals will come."
