Andy Thorn is set to remain as manager of Coventry City.
Tim Fisher has told the CT's Alan Poole that Thorn is front and centre stage at the moment.
Speaking about the current City boss who would get the backing of 75% of those who responded to a poll on this site, Mr Fisher said: "This is where we need to draw a line in the sand and say enough - enough of firing managers. We need to get out that habit and to draw a football anology, put our boot on the ball, give Andy a chance to re-organise the resources.
"Andy is front and centre stage at the moment and we are going to work with him to make sure that he's got all the resources lined up."
