Anderson New City Vice Chairman And Managing Director

Coventry City have appointed Chris Anderson as their new Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

The German, who once played semi professional football, has been an advisor to a number of clubs and his role at Coventry City will be
see him responsible for the commercial and football operations of the club on behalf of the Board and Ownership and will serve as a Board Member of the club. 
 
City boss Tony Mowbray said to Keiran Crowley: “I welcome Chris to the football club. In our conversations, I have seen the know-how he brings to the club and how supportive he is of our plans to progress it as far as we possibly can, and I’m sure his support will be invaluable to achieve our aims.”
 
Technical Director Mark Venus added: “Chris and I have had a number of very productive meetings already. 
 
"I look forward to working with him closely as we develop the first team and Academy operations and build a legacy of football excellence in Coventry.”
