Coventry City MD Chris Anderson has claimed that the club are working hard to make ticketing problems a thing of the past.
Anderson, wrote in his progrmme notes for the game against Northampton Town: "We have been working hard in the ticket office and with our safety staff, but also our various partners - Ticketmaster and Fortress GB - to make sure that those difficulties will be a thing of the past.
"We have tried to listen and learn from the mistakes that were made, some of which were in our control and some weren't. But we do want to thank you for your patience as well as the candid feedbck you have provided us."
