Peter Rourke from ESPN is reporting that Joe Cole will leave Coventry City in the summer and sign for North American Soccer League (NASL)outfit Tampa Bay Rowdies.
Cole met the Rowdies staff when they played a friendly against a Stoke City side at St Georges Park a couple of weeks ago and the article claims that he has agreed a deal.
