"Graham needs to get back playing first team football," said the City boss to the CET.
"He has refused to go out anywhere until now but at this stage of his career he needs to get away.
"With the way our other centre forwards have started it is very difficult for Graham to break into the team. He sees himself as a striker but I don't agree."
