Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that this will be a big season for Ivor Lawton who has signed a new one year deal.
Mowbray told Keiran Crowley: "Ivor earned his new deal with his drive, passion and conviction.
"It's a big season for him, there are things I need to work on with him but one thing you cannot take away from him is his desire to succeed and his geniune love for the club.
"I hope he can push on to the first-team fold, when he’s required he needs to be ready so the day he gets on the pitch at the Ricoh Arena and plays in our first team he can make an impact."
