To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Coventry City's FA Cup Final victory over Tottenham Hotspur, a programme of events has been put together.

These events have been co-ordinated by Maj. Kevin Heffernan, who as a member of the Coventry City Former Players Association committee and following his  fundraising success as Chairman of the Jimmy Hill Statue Fund, has accepted an invitation to Chair and Co-ordinate the 25th Anniversary Celebrations for the 1987 FA Cup Squad.

Asked why he had taken on such a project he replied: “ I consider it a great honour to be asked to help the Heroes of the 87 FA Cup Celebrate their fantastic history making achievement, which brought the whole of our wonderful City of Coventry together as one voice on the 16th May 1987”.

So what is in the programme events that City supporters can look forward to?
