Sky Blues On The Road - Reading

Last updated : 13 January 2006 By Covsupport

It’s the toughest game of the season for the Sky Blues as they travel to runaway Championship leaders Reading.

Injuries still worry Micky Adams although he should have Don Hutchison available. The Midfielder missed the FA Cup trip to Brighton with what Micky Adams described as “Don's knee injury was just wear and tear due to the amount of games he's had” Another loanee Marton Fulop could return in goal.

Unfortunately for the Sky Blues, Reading, who are unbeaten in 27 matches, have virtually no injury problems bar Shane Long who has an ankle injury. Graeme Murty is expected to over come a back problem and be available for selection.

This is the 43rd meeting between the two clubs with City having won on fourteen occasions with twelve draws. City have not lost at the Madejski Stadium winning 2-1 on the last two occasions. Referee for the game is Mr Bates from Staffordshire.

The game is a complete sell-out for home fans. City have been allocated 2,000 tickets priced at £19 for season ticket holders and members £22 others. Getting a ticket in advance is highly recommended.
