Wiggins Hour Record Tickets Sell Out Within Minutes

Tickets for Sir Bradley Wiggins' World Hour Record attempt have all sold out within minutes of going on sale.

Wiggins is attempting to beat Rohan Dennis' distance of 52.491km on June 7th at London's Olympic Velodrome and all 6,000 tickets were snapped up within minutes this morning.

The 34 year old, who is also preparing for the Rio Olympics in 2016, has confirmed that he will be riding the Tour De Yorkshire in May.

Wiggins, having left Team Sky after the Paris-Roubaix race, will ride with his new Team Wiggins team which features Steven Burke, Mark Christian, Andy Tennant, Owain Doull and Jon Dibben.
