Colnago Domenico Pozzovivo won the Giro Del Trentino this afternoon as Darwin Atapuma took the fourth and final stage.

A 177.5km stage from Castelletto Di Brenzone to Passo Pordoi and saw Domenico Pozzovivo in the leader's pink jersey with a 25 second lead.

There was a big group of about sixty riders at the front and a touch of wheels sent BMC's Taylor Phinney in to a gutter and a number of riders went down.

It was snowing on the top of the category 1 2239m Passo Pordoi where the race ended and the riders made their way up the slopes with Jose Rujano in the lead.

With seven kilometres to go, Pozzovivo was in a good position at the front. AG2R's Du Pont tried to break away from the group that also contained second place Damiano Cunego and third placed Slyvester Szymd.

Under the flam rouge and Pozzovivo led but Darwin Atapuma streaked ahead to win ahead of Carlos Betancur and Pozzovivo who was six seconds behind.
