SweetSpot, race organisers of the Aviva Tour of Britain, are inviting the British public to the 'Spirit of Cycling' Art Exhibition being held at the Exhibitionist Hotel, Central London, ahead of the race coming to the capital for the final stage on Sunday 13 September.

The free to attend exhibition will be open daily from 10:00-18:00, Tuesday 21 to Sunday 26 July bringing together the varying styles of leading artists, all celebrating the sport of cycling in it's many forms.  The week long gallery will also contain eight limited edition commemorative posters inspired by the 2015 Aviva Tour of Britain, that have been created by illustrator Will Barras.  The eight prints each depict a different stage stage of the 2015 edition of British Cycling's premier road cycling event.

Hugh Roberts Chief Executive of SweetSpot Group said;

"This is something we have talked about doing for many years and now to be able to celebrate the 2015 Aviva Tour of Britain with a set of commemorative illustrations surrounded by other fantastic installations is something we are incredibly proud of.

"I think it is a real testament to the growth of cycling in Britain that there is now a demand for such pieces and we hope to continue to mark each year of our national Tour in the same way, celebrating the wonderful and unique landscapes of the British countryside that we race through.”

The eight commemorative posters will feature alongside works by several other leading artists including Vincent Kamp, who's renowned for his cycling portraits of Sir Chris Hoy and Sir Bradley Wiggins; illustrator Eliza Southwood's most recent work depicting the Spring Classics in the form of retro posters and artist Anna-Louise Felstead, most recognised for her work within motor-racing, has brought the professional peloton to life through several canvas pieces.

All of the art on display during the exhibition is available for purchase. Limited edition versions of the commemorative Aviva Tour of Britain posters will be on sale online ahead of the race (6-13 September) in August.
