Also attending are soul singer Beverley Knight, Britain's Got Talent contestants Elliott Evans. Santa plus reindeers, Peppa Pig And George, plus Wallace and Gromit.
The event is organised by CV One, and will be kicked off in Broadgate at 3.30pm by Mercia FM. The lights will be switched on around 5pm.
