Danny McSheffrey and Lee Knibbs' side came through a replay against fellow Midland Alliance side Bridgnorth Town to set up the match against the side from the higher Evostick League Division One South.
Sphinx have concerns about Arron Donaldson but should be able to field their strongest available team for the match which kicks off at 3pm.
Should a replay be required, it will be on Monday night at Coles Lane.
