City U23's Back Down To Third

Coventry City U23's are back down to third in U23's PDL League Two Southern Section table.

The Sky Blues need to win all of their four remaining games in order to be in with a good shout of making the final play-off place

City beat Nottingham Forest on Friday with a 3-0 victory that coach Jason Farndon said shows that City are capable of achieving that place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also battling for the final spot alongside Ipswich Town who are top with 46 points, are Crystal Palace, coached by City legend Richard Shaw, who went back up to second place with a 3-0 home win over Sheffield United this afternoon and 41 points with Coventry City now third on 38 points..

City travel to Bristol City on Friday afternoon, Sheffield United next Monday and Crewe on April 8th before their final game against Hull City at the Ricoh Arena on Friday April 12th.
