Train Problems For Kilmarnock Game

There are a number of problems for those travelling to Kilmarnock for City's final first team friendly on Saturday by train.

London Euston to Glasgow Central

An hourly service will run between London Euston , Coventry and Birmingham International from 09:00 until early evening.

A replacement coach service will run between Northampton and Birmingham International.

Virgin Trains

Before 0900 A limited service will run on all Virgin Trains routes to and from London Euston

From 0900 A limited service will run between London Euston, Coventry and Birmingham International. These services will not stop at Watford Junction, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Rugby. Connections are available at Birmingham into the rest of the Virgin Trains network including Manchester, Liverpool, Holyhead, Preston, Carlisle & Glasgow.

  • A limited service will run between London Euston, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes and Northampton. Replacement buses will run between Northampton and Birmingham from where connections into the rest of the Virgin Trains network can be made.

    London Midland

Before 0900 A normal service will run between Northampton, Long Buckby, Rugby, Coventry and Birmingham New Street

After 0900 Buses will replace trains between Northampton, Long Buckby, Rugby and Coventry.

Coaches will replace the train from Preston to Carlisle.
