TRAVEL
By car: Leave the M6 at junction 3. Take the A444 towards the City centre and at the first island go left and you will see the Ricoh Arena on your right.

By rail: For all train information call National Rail Enquiries on: 08457 48 49 50, but be warned Coventry station is a £10+ taxi ride away. Take the 27 bus from the train station get off at Pool Meadow bus station and catch the 4 or 5 service. Or go out of doors and over the road by Sainsburys and get the 20, getting off the by Tescos.

PARKING
Parking: Car parking is extremely restricted around the ground.
City supporters can now pay on the day to park at the Ricoh Arena before Coventry City home games. £10 will be charged to park in Car Park A and C with £7 for Car Park B.

Parking places are subject to availability and motorists will not be allowed to leave the car parks A & B for twenty minutes after the final whistle.

Park And Ride
The park and ride site is at The Oak Pub in Baginton near to Coventry Airport.

Parking at the two park and walk sites at Christ the King Football Club in Wheelwright Lane and St Finbarrs and Wayside Business Park in Wilsons Lane. Vehicles can park there for £5.50 per game.

Some car satellite navigation systems have not been updated to show Coventry City FC as playing at the Ricoh Arena. Those visiting the ground for the first time are advised to enter "Phoenix Way" and the post code "CV6 6GE" instead.

ADMISSION
Tickets can be obtained via the ticket office at the Ricoh Arena, the outlets at Coventry Cathedral or in City Central or by calling 0844 873 1883 (option 1).
Tickets bought on the day of a game will rise in advance so get your tickets before wherever possible.

The ticket office at the ground will stay open on Friday night until 7.pm and re-opens at 8.30am the next morning for the game which kicks off at 12.30pm.

THE LAST TIME
This is the 32nd league and cup match between the two sides. City have won 9 and drawn 10. They have scored 48 goals compared to Preston's 49.

The last game between the two sides at the Ricoh Arena, produced a 1-1 draw on April 17th with Freddy Eastwood giving City a 18th minute lead before Calum Davidson equalised with a 34th minute penalty.

MATCH OFFICIALS
The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's Championship fixture against Preston North End on Saturday is Carl Boyeson.

This Hull based referee, who is a Central Heating technican, was 22 when he first took up the whistle. He was promoted to the select group of Assistant Referees in 2000 and on to the National list of Referees in 2002.

This will be his first Championship game of the season. So far, he has six matches and has shown 21 yellow cards and one red in one League Cup tie, two League One games and three League Two games.

Coventry have yet to win a game when Mr Boyeson has been in charge. His last City match was the 0-0 draw at Doncaster Rovers last season. Previous matches are the 0-0 home draw with Charlton on April 13 2009, the 1-0 defeat at Stoke City on November 6th 2006 and the 1-0 defeat at Bradford City on December 28th 2003.

His assistants are Mike Blackledge from Cambridgeshire & Mark Sutton from Derbyshire and the Fourth Official is Neil Hair from Cambridgeshire. ____________________________________________________________________
