Coventry born Quirke beat Nathan Cameron, Jordan Clarke and Callum Wilson to the award, paid for by Kev Monks and voted by those City supporters who attend U18 matches on a regular basis.
He will receive the award, won last year by Ashley Cain, after City U18's game with Leicester City.
