Huddersfield Town, managed by former Coventry City reserve team boss Frankie Bunn, are the first team to book their place in the U21 League Play-Off Final.
Huddersfield, who finished second in Coventry City's division, beat Crystal Palace 5-3 after extra time to book their place in the final against Nottingham Forest or Swansea City.
