Lee Glover has said that he is enjoying being the coach of Coventry City U21's.
Glover, the former Nottingham Forest players, is still to guide his Sky Blues side to a victory during his tenure but told Matt Joyce: "I’ve been here since October and I’m loving it. It's a good place to come to work with great people in the building so I'm very happy.
"It’s been a challenge so far, as a 21s squad we’ve been depleted with injuries had to push some 18s up. The 18s have been the real foundation for the 21s and to be fair to the 18s that have made the step up, they've done well but sometimes they need a breather and we have to look after them.
“If I can get some of the players we've got at 18s and 21s and get them in the first team that’s my job really. I’m excited about the future and hope we can develop more players.”
