Coventry City Academy Coach Jason Farndon has admitted to be being delighted that the youth side are through to travel to AFC Bournemouth in the Third Round of the FA Youth Cup.
Speaking to Keiran Crowley after the Sky Blues 4-3 win at Rochdale in Round Two last night, Farndon said: We're delighted to go through.
"We worked hard and towards the end you could tell we hadn't played for two-and-a-half weeks so we were rusty.
"I think we should have won by a bigger margin, the scoreline flatters them but to be fair to them they had a right go at us but it was a great result."
