Coventry City U18's coach Jason Farndon praised his defenders after the 1-0 win over Birmingham City.
Farndon said to Keiran Crowley about the win which sees City do the double over Birmingham City: "It was a really difficult game. I think they're a very good side and the game came down to a goalkeeping mistake and we capitalised on it.
"A lot of credit has to go to the defence with Luke Bromley coming in at right-back and I thought he was outstanding today along with the rest of the back-four.
"Darragh Leahy started a bit slowly but really settled into the game and
Callum Maycock was actually released by Birmingham when he was 16 and we took him on so it was a big game for him. He was brilliant and has really grown this year."
