City Youth Through In FA Youth Cup

‎Coventry City Youth are through to the FA Youth Cup Fourth Round after a 3-2 extra time victory. at AFC Bournemouth.
City travelled to the Goldsands Stadium with a strong side and took on a Bournemouth side unbeaten in their last nine matches.
 
Jason Farndon's side took the lead in the 41st minute when James Maddison was fouled and a penalty was awarded. He got up and put City ahead but it was a lead that only lasted a minute as Jordan Lee levelled at the other end.
 
In the second half, the Sky Blues were back in front through Ben Stevenson but four minutes, Lee levelled again.
 
That sent the game into extra time and in the 104th minute, James Maddison was on hand to get City back in front and that was enough to get City through.‎
