Coventry City are advising those who have not received their season ticket by Saturday morning to pop into the ticket office at the Ricoh Arena to sort it out.
The match day ticket office will be open from 11am.
Those whose season tickets have not arrived and have suffered extra costs are advised to make a claim against TicketMaster providing receipts wherever possible.
