Leamington Through To Final

Leamington FC are through to the British Gas Business League Midland Division play-off final after a victory against Rushall Olympic.

On a very rainy night which had the 782 stromg support clammering for the limited shelter at the New Windmill, Jason Cadden's side played the first half against a Rushall side clearly looking to take the game to penalties.

Leamington were the better side and five minutes into the second half, The Brakes scored the only goal of the game when Guy Saunders was on hand to flick home a second consecutive corner.

The pouring rain meant that chances were limited and although Rushall had a late spell of pressure, Leamington are through to Saturday's final against Stourridge which kicks off at 3pm.
