Jets Beat Birmingham

Coventry Jets American Football won 27-12 against Birmingham Bulls at the Butts Park Arena on Saturday afternoon.

A crowd of around six hundred saw Olney hook up with Ben Fisher for a 42 yard reception and with the extra point, Coventry took a 7-0 lead.

Perkins then got into the end zone for a touch down which saw the PAT  being good and the lead extend to 14-0.

Birmingham came back with a touch down but had the Pat fumbled and it was 14-6 at half-time.

Ben Fisher ran in his second touch down before Quarter-Back Dom Olney scored with a ten yard touchdown to make it 27-6.

Birmingham scored a late touchdown but the Jets won 27-12 to make it two wins out of two.
