Draws For Nuneaton And Leamington

Needing a victory to help secure a place in the Conference North Play-offs, Nuneaton Town drew 1-1 with Colwyn Bay at the Liberty Stadium.

Robert Hopley fired the visitors ahead in the 15th minute but Eddie Nisevic levelled in the 67th minute.

Leamington drew 1-1 at Banbury United. Steele fired The Brakes ahead in the 38th minute but Banbury who are still not safe equalised through Johnson in the 53rd minute.

Bedworth United won 4-0 ay Bedfont in a Southern League Central Division game. Robinson opened the scoring in the 24th minute before former Coventry City youngster Tom Bates made it two in the third minute of first half stoppage time.

In the second half, Luke Corbertt scored in the 74th minute and Mitch Piggon finished off a fine win with a fourth in stoppage time.

Rugby Town drew 2-2 at AFC Hayes with a 50th minute Defty own goal and Fagan scoring in the 67th minute.

Midland Alliance leaders Coventry Sphinx were beaten 2-1 at third placed Gresley who now top the division.

Atherstone lost 3-2 at home to Studley and Stratford beat Heath Hayes 3-0.

 In the Midland Combination Premier Division which has been won by Continental Star, Coventry Copsewood lost 2-0 at Castle Vale.

Nuneaton Griff lost 5-0 at home to Cadbury Athletic and Racing Club Warwick who are at the Ricoh Arena on Friday for the Coventry Charity Cup Final lost 3-1 at home to Bolehall Swifts, whilst Southam United drew 2-2 at home to Brocton.

In Division One, Alvis beat Littleton 3-0.

In Division Two, Leamington Hibernian beat Burntwood 3-0.
