At the Coventry,Warwickshire and Solihull Sports Awards last night, Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team were announced as the team of the year.

Coventry Bears Rugby League side coach Ty Watson was voted Coach Of The Year.

The Reporter Of The Year award, won last year by Covsupport's Kev Monks was won by BBC's Geoff Foster for the second time in three years.
