The next phase of the Club's SMART project has recently occurred in the retail department.
Anyone who has bought either a season ticket or matchday ticket at the Ricoh will have been given a supporter number, and this supporter number could help you earn savings on future purchases.
By declaring this number at the Club's retail outlets we will be able to identify your spending trend, and potentially tailor offers that would specifically benefit you. For example, you may receive a discount on the home kit shorts because our records show you have purchased the home shirt.
So make sure you carry your season ticket SMARTcard or memorise the number off your match ticket at all times possible.
