Specials Rock The Ricoh Arena

Local legends The Specials put on one of the best performances seen at the Ricoh Arena for a while when they played the Jaguar Exhibition Hall on Saturday night.

The Iconic band, which gave 2-Tone music to the world, played to an enthusiastic audience of around 8500 which lapped up every note of their hits with a frenzied fervour from  "Gangsters" and "Do The Dog" to their number one selling single "Ghost Town" in a show that was seen as way better than their gig at the same venue in 2009.

Their current tour ends in London on Thursday at Alexander Palace and if the 2013 tour which Lynval Golding spoke of, comes to fruition, then those here tonight will be back demanding more of the same.
