The evening will incorporate the club's annual awards ceremony on Monday May 4th and is not black tie, unlike previous events.
The following awards Player of the Year, Players' Player of the Year, Managers Young Player of the Year, Goal of the Season and Top Scorer.
Tickets went on sale on Monday March 23rd and are priced at £55 per person or £500 for a table of ten.
